Safari September Naturalist Night: A Brush with Conservation

The Santa Cruz Museum of Natural History is thrilled to partner with the Cheetah Conservation Fund to present Safari September, a series that highlights the majesty of mammals, FURocious felines, and the importance of keystone species conservation. 

Advocacy through art is the theme of the next Safari September lecture! Join celebrated artists and naturalists as they share the impact their masterpieces have on conservation education, international endangered species policies, and how they translate conservation science to the canvas. As a behind-the-scenes bonus, they will debut their newest works of art before and after their lecture for exclusive enjoyment.

Materials: Light refreshments will be served prior to the start of the program. After the lecture, there will be an audience engagement game.
