Safari September Naturalist Night: From Sea Otters to Surfers

The Santa Cruz Museum of Natural History is thrilled to partner with the Cheetah Conservation Fund to present Safari September, a series that highlights the majesty of mammals, FURocious felines, and the importance of keystone species conservation. 

You OTTER be excited for the next lecture in our Safari September series! Join the sea otter scientists from Sea Otter Savvy to learn about the important role this keystone species plays in Monterey Bay marine ecosystems. As a bonus, the scientists will discuss the relationship between sea otters and surfers and how both of these locals can coexist and enjoy the waves.
